Returns Policy

WHAT can be returned?
All items purchased can be returned for warranty claims whilst under their warranty period.

WHEN do items need to be returned by?
Archer Batteries need to be notified before the warranty period has elapsed.

WHERE do items need to be returned to?
Items need to be returned to Archer Batteries store.  Please contact us to organise a warranty request.  

SHIPPING for returns?

The customer will need to organise transport of warranty goods to Archer Batteries.  Please make sure to include your receipt, contact details and as much information about the item as you can.

If the warranty claim is accepted, we will organise for the replacement item to be re-delivered free of charge. 


CREDIT for returns?
A credit can be issued for goods under warranty. However, only the amount of the item will be refunded. Services such as freight, battery fitment, etc will not be refundable.

Instore return option?
All items can be personaly returned to Archer Batteries.

Packing materials?
Items do not require original packing to be returned but must be appropriately packed following postal / courier guidelines.
